Growth-Mindset and Bias for Action

I coach and consult with leaders and teams from small to mid-sized companies who have a growth mindset, but are challenged with what’s next. While their path forward may be unclear, a sense of urgency to act exists. In the simplest sense, the value I provide is helping my clients move forward.
