I’ve spent the last 30 years working on the commercial side of the business with a key focus on developing actionable growth strategies for leaders, brands, and organizations. I’ve seen what’s worked and what hasn’t. What's unique about me is that in addition to being a practitioner and strategic growth consultant, I’m also a certified executive coach. I’ve seen that pure consulting isn’t always the right solution for clients. Coaching can enhance the dynamic. By leveraging this unique blend – the art of coaching with the science of consulting – I’ve become a better consultant and able to build better outcomes with my clients.
